Ok, let’s see…where did I leave off?? Oh yes, we finished the ceremony in the hospital, and then we went back to Deer Creek Golf Course (where the ceremony with guests and reception was held) for portraits of Tyler and Katie. Their photos are loaded with cute-ness!
I think Katie has one of the most beautiful smiles ever.

Such a cute series of photos – they are adorable together! For the first one, Anne (my assistant) and I had Tyler looking out as if he really wanted to ask Katie out, but was too timid…he played the part perfectly!
If you remember from a couple of the portraits I did of the bride and groom…the outdoor location for this wedding was incredible. I told Anne on the plane as we flew to Ohio that I couldn’t wait to shoot a wedding with wooden white chairs. And that’s exactly what they had!!! However…about 5 minutes before processional was about to begin, you wouldn’t believe what happened to this beautiful scene! Check out the next photo…
DOWNPOUR!!! Unbelievable!! We all went inside and waited for the rain to stop…except it never did. So sad!!! Luckily, they had a back-up plan in place, but it just wasn’t the same! Here are some fun shots of some people while they waited for the rain:
I got a couple really sweet photos of these flower girls individually, but for some reason I don’t have them on the drive I’m using right now – will post them later!
For this one, I asked the girls how they felt about being stuck inside, and their faces tell it all!
I’m not sure what Jenny, the maid of honor, was laughing at, but it was pretty cute!
